Ammado is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join its busy Dublin product management team which directs the ongoing development ammado online social networking website.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented web focused BAs who can work in a team translating verbal and possibly confused and conflicting requirements from users, sales, marketing, engineering and of course management into clear, detailed prioritised requirements.

They will be a member of the product management team, comprising BAs, Graphic Designers and Information Architects. They will also be a member of one or more development scrum team, comprising BAs, graphic designers, developers and testers

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Working as part of the product management team, define the desired end user experience for the ammado website.
• Research new features and products.
• Liaise with all stakeholders to scope, proiritise and refine requirements.
• Working as part of a scrum development team, liaise with designers, developers, to deliver this functionality.
• Liaise with support team and QA to provide third level customer support to identify and specify solutions of customer issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant third level qualification.
• >3 years in a BA role, preferably in a consumer focused web environment, and as part of large development projects.
• Very detail oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast changing, Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experienced, self-driven and motivated.

ammado’s Product Manager will be responsible for capturing the vision and making it happen. ammado is building the next generation social network. Leading the Product Management team, together you will capture the market needs and opportunities, define the resulting end user experience for the ammado website, and translate that into detailed requirements that will be used to drive the software development effort.You will have experience of Web 2.0 technologies, web portals and e-commerce web sites. You will lead the business analysts and creative designers in the product management group, working closely daily with the business team and technical team in a highly iterative Agile environment.Responsibilities:

• You will lead the Product Development team, comprising technical business analysts and web designers.
• Together you will research, propose, collaborate, recommend and communicate requirements.
• You will have a good appreciation for emerging Web 2.0 user experiences and how the market works.
• You will work closely with marketing and business development to understand their take on the world, ensure their needs are satisfied and ensure they are expecting what you plan to deliver.
• You will work closely with the development group, agreeing and communicating requirements which you present in prioritised manageable chunks.
• Collaborate in all the other areas of the business to ensure the vision is realised, and that new visions continually emerge.

Requirements:

• You’ve done this before! You can demonstrate your previous successes in web-site product management from vague concept to satisfied consumers.
• Excellent market understanding, team leading, big-picture vision, backed up by research, analytical, technical and marketing skills.
• Excellent communicator you can capture great ideas which you can express succinctly to technical and non-technical audience.
• New media experience web 2.0/flash/ajax/multi-media. A deep awareness of what is happening on the web.
• You have a degree in a technical, business or communications discipline, coupled with >10 years industry experience.
• It would be useful (though not essential as you are a quick learner) to have some experience working in iterative development environment such as Agile
• You are happy working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

ammado is looking for a test lead to create and implement a test strategy for a large scale online global platform.Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong test team and provide direction for other team members.
• Create and implement a test strategy in an Agile development environment.
• Coordinate regular releases and website updates between QA, engineering,operations, and business.
• Review business requirements and prepare test plans and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain test schedules.
• Track and managing the resolution of defects and issues generated during testing.
• Work closely with software development, business and support teams.
• Multiple language test coordination. Localization experience beneficial.
• Test resource management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.6+ years experience testing.
• Ability to effectively plan and execute test plans across the test lifecycle.
• Experience leading some part of large/complex QA projects.
• Experience with automated test systems.
• Proven understanding of hardware and software testing.
• Experienced person with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must work well in a team and have leadership experience
• ISEB Practitioners certification in software testing a benefit.
